Actually he is claiming 2 things one claim is S4V for whatever harbor assets that don't remain as cash. I believe this to be false I think we get some cash but this has absolutely nothing to do with merger so it could happen at any time. I think these dogs want to release funds after all is said and done with merger not allowing us to buy at this low prices.

The second claim is a small distibution of shares to escrow holders as to avoid an ownership change this is tied up to merger and must happen before or simultaneously because if they dont they will not be able to use the NOL's I think this possibility is very likely IMO
