Totally in line with what we have been saying since the merger was announced:

"WMIH and the Trust are separate, unaffiliated entities and any and all inquiries with respect to the Merger should be directed to WMIH Corp. Further, the Trust does not own any shares of WMIH common stock and will not be directly affected by the Merger... In addition, so-called "Escrow CUSIPs" do not give rise to any entitlement for value from, or a distribution from, the Trust as a result of the Merger or the transactions contemplated thereby."

Note well the statement about escrow cusips. It says that escrows will not receive anything as a result of the merger, it does not say that escrows will get nothing.
