I have owned as many as 30K shares (post listing),
100K in the OTC days, zero many times, and currently hold 10K.

I first "found" AVXL May 2015 and "met" many on this MB
in the YMB days.

I consider myself knowledgeable about the stock and its Management.
I am less knowledgeable, and tip my hat to those here who are, about
the Science.

I categorize AVXL as a gamble and sans one short period it has
NEVER been more than 5% of my portfolio.
