Problem is more lack of buyers than too many sellers. Though a bit of a chicken egg thing I suppose.

Can you imagine how bad Ferris will get hammered during the upcoming conf call if there has not been an acquisition announced by then?


Although if Q2 revenue and EPS are good, then he may get off the hook.


Good=$6mil, EPS of 12cents
Great=$10mil, EPS of 20cents

A disaster would be a repeat of Q1.
