we dont have any info to that effect and i think ZN would have mentioned that in their 8k filing below if that were the case

companies have a legal obligation to keep shareholders informed so i would think the sec would have to have a compelling interest to the contrary to restrict PR's and its just a fact finding inquiry at this point

I do think as a matter of commonsense ZN may take more time to cross t's and dot i's in a PR now
a past PR years ago re well testing that jryan posted not long ago was very involved and extensive so if ZN were to publish a similar update they have a lot of info to put together
