The toxic question.

Notice the dates in the following timeline:

Bates always listed the "current" O/S with each 8-k filing, so:

The 8-k filing of January 08, 2016 reported the O/S as
"Effective January 6, 2016, after the issuances described above, the Company had 2,993,183,362 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

The "first" amendment filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State was filed on 09/21/2016. That is where the Notes were stopped and Preferred shares began.
The second amendment filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State was filed on 02/22/2017. That is where the Series C Preferred shares began.
Note: These two filings "stopped" the toxic lenders rampage on the death spiral.

The 8-k filing of March 28, 2016 (i.e. the last filing from WSTI) reported the O/S as
"Effective March 24, 2016, after the issuances described above, the Company had 3,568,678,948 shares of common stock issued and outstanding"

So the difference between those two reported O/S numbers is ~58M. But that was valid on March 24, 2016!

It seems that the dates for the Wyoming SOS filings that modified the Articles of Incorporation did something to stop the toxic lender's trading. But there are ~4.2b shares on the O/S currently. So it is probable that between March 24, 2016 and 02/22/2017 he was still trading.

That brings up two questions to resolve this:
1) What was the O/S from the TA on or near the 02/22/2017 "Series C" filing? (i.e was it the 4.2b number then?)
2) What is the date that the lawsuit was filed in New York District Court to stop the lender.

Because the date of the filing of the lawsuit would certainly stop the lender even if the 02/22/2017 somehow did not.

Therefore, it is pretty clear that Toxic Fife is filing his claim to "before" the dates showing Bate's actions to stop him.
Hopefully, some here on the board can find answers to those questions. That will clear this up.
