Once again you are correct RSH, you always catch stuff I miss. This is an amended report from March 2016. Why would it be filed now? To figure out just how many shares were converted at the time probably due to clean up of the mess during restructuring or settlement of some kind. It could be just a timing thing. Might not even have any shares now. Going to get TA confirm email in the AM as I sent it later in the day, but good catch there.

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
