it is and has. Look back at RBRM and then LGBI and hosts of others... Overstock even originally its CEO came out on CNBC years ago saying how their PPS was beaten into oblivion, and then he took it private for some time... Naked SHortselling groups and brokerage/Fund collusion tactics needs to be reigned in as felony financial fraud- Just like the banks who also operate very grey areas...
