terry, I agree buying POETF is a bad idea. LWLG is a polymer photonics company. Acquiring the assets, including the patents, of BrPhotonics made perfect sense in that it seamlessly dovetailed with LWLG technology. POETF is wholly different technology platform. Maybe they will become a customer of LWLG's suite of polymers. Plus, how much would we have to give up to acquire them. We only paid approximately $350,0000 for the assets of Brphotonics. Remember those assets probably only had value to another polymer photonics company. LWLG was the only game in town. And Brphotonics was basically a defunct company without a commercially viable polymer to go inside or on top of their proprietary modulator designs.
