You make this sound like this is nefarious when it is not. Vivian Boniuk did the work testing the conjunctivitis drug, got good preliminary results, and that is what led Milton Boniuk to put a lot of money into NNVC. If anyone got screwed by this it was Milton, not other stockholders.
