Moses, this appears to be composite operators ...

... spending all day on the bid over time (days) picking up shares for a large buyer with a stated number of shares at a stated price per share.

It would appear the stock is under accumulation by buyers or could be shorts covering their positions using composite operators to acquire the shares they want to buy at a specified price.

Once the composite operator has acquired a specified number of shares, they sell them to the buyer/short at a specified price close to the end of the day.
