A famous guy(Dr. Peter Senge) has commented something like this...there are 3 levels of knowledge..
1. Things we know.
2. Things we know we do not know.
3. Things we do not know, we do not know.

Aka “Tip of the iceberg”. I recall this powerful statement some time ago


My guess is that Dr.M. will increase the pile of stuff in level 2 above and he will add to level 1. The precision medicine process should develop a lot of questions for level 3. IMO, the big BP process miss has been not enough stuff makes it from 3 to 1.
