Almost debt free.
Doesn't matter! Actually, there are a plethora of "real" operating companies that recognize debt as a good business option! Unfortunately, a Pinky slug, with no business, can't get "legitimate" financing and must grovel in the world of toxic death spiral financing! Did you happen to see the note's face value was $50,000 and CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw cleverly "settled" for a 40% premium by paying $70,000!
