My hope is that Brian went to Sterlings office to convince them to do the deal and do the full deal - not a minority percentage. Brian is excellent at two things that I know of ... selling and dilution. I hope he can sell the idea of the whole deal and get it signed. It will be nuts here if he can get er done!!
