Summary Review of the SEC Inquiry and the Shorting of Zion Stock

Thank you Tisdal - Some SEC Answers (Partially)

(Mr. Summey IR) We were taken aback by this. However, our counsel has said given the time and what we are trying to do, it has been a miracle to have not had this request for solid information by the SEC for so long.

You know, the more I think about this, it makes sense. They have never missed a filing that I know of.

(Mr. Summey IR) There have been a growing number of complaints with shorters and others that we believe created the request from Ft. Worth. We are complying and not worried.

Gee I wonder who that could be? I think we all know. We figured that one out rather quickly - Give the kudos to Bojangles!
