Yep. They will RS and then dilute to high heaven again..

And those with preferred shares will retain their ownership so they can do it all again with impunity.

If things were so great on the horizon they would be waiting until the Q, but of course all that is BS just to keep shareholders on the hook while they spill shares out of the tank.

Going to the NASDAQ! *wink wink*
