Outstanding shares are 35 million. At the 51 cent price, it's buying back about 0.5 million shares.
Agree, it does show confidence in the financial status.
If additional good news and the stock price goes higher, there is no obligation to buy back shares.
If not very much news, as has been the practice, the buy back provides a floor of support.
