Also, it confirms he is a liar, because he said for several people that filings would come right after the PR, and, where are them? He knew filings would not come, right? After all, it was him who filled the filing on your first link in January, suspending the duty to file reports.

It also confirms what I said before here that he is hidding important information from the shareholders, on purpose.

The news is just BS. No real news, just fluff without real info, because he hid the details. The market's reaction to the "news" was/is very clear.

Notice that the duty to file reports with the SEC, and, the duty to inform the shareholders, are two totally diferent things. He could not file with the SEC, but, he could, and, he should inform the shareholders about important details about what he is doing. He have chosen to hide those details.
