Here’s the real problem. Investors 5+ years in Titan will not profit because of dilution. The way it should work is if you believe in a concept, place money in it from the get go, the company should reward you for investing your hard earn money no matter what dilutions or R/s takes place. They should give a fixed amount of dividend per share that is maintained through splits (reverse or normal) based on the amount of time you’ve been invested in the company. Someone who was in it for one year vs another who has been it for 6 years, the guy that’s been it for 6 years should receive more then the guy who put in only a year ago, imo.

Instead, longs are going to break even at best. Mac may have a track record but I think he has done little to show confidence in this company (I don’t see him buying shares on his own). Instructions should have swallowed this opportunity once the company hit Nasdaq given the success of Intuitive.

The only form of meaningful recovery is to wait for this company to get FDA approval and sell their units. Not much to do but suffer through this mess and see where it goes. May squeeze a break even / small amount of profit. GLTA.
