Question on IGAI -> they filed the NT10Q on 10/13, do they have 15 days from that date to file, or 15 days from when it was originally due? I thought it was 15 days from when they filed the NT, so they could still file by Friday 10/28 and be ok. Given, last time they filed on a tuesday after the NT, so it could likely happen again tomorrow. But I was curious about the regs, TIA.
