CDEL was selling at the ask of .5899, not buying.

And why can't we know who CDEL is buying all these shares for or why on the ask they don't show how many shares are offered for sale at that price!!? Most times only showing 1000 shares at any price. I have a bid in for 2750 shares at a particular price and it only shows 1000. If anyone can explain this, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
