Could anyone explain to me how Firemans Paving Contractors (http://www.firemanspaving.com/) is connected to the Firemans Contractors, Inc. (http://firemans-contractors.com/)?

It seems confusing to me. I just hope it is not the case of the publicly traded entity (FC) bearing the costs and the other (FPC, privately held?) collecting the income?
