My HP desktop has a serious problem. I was writing an email when the keyboard stopped working.
I thought it was time for new batteries so I put them in. Nothing. So I tried another set of batteries, still nothing.

So I went to WalMart and picked up a new keyboard/mouse combo. I booted up the computer and the green light on the keyboard came on but then the computer turned it off!

So without a working keyboard I can't do anything.

Any suggestions??
