How certain are you Pug? Once the stay is lifted will another prehearing be scheduled.

So based on this, sounds like we should see an update from judge Cameron Eliot.

A new deadline would be set wouldn’t it?

June 26th was the telephonic hearing scheduled prior to the stay.
Seeing as though all Court orders were stayed for 30 days, I would assume that we would see an amendment to the schedule telephonic prehearing.
