If this is a "pump and dump" scam, Hanks is not doing it correctly. The daily volume and even share price shows no one is dumping, imo.

There are going to be a few very surprised posters on this Board when full financing is announced.

Someone asks why is Mobil or Chevron not building a refinery...why such a "scam company"? I wouldn't doubt that one major oil company might be involved in bringing the refinery to fruition.

It is called a joint venture.

For all the longs, hang in there if you believe. You will be mightily rewarded, imo.
