They think a cash payment was issued to "some shareholders" because, and I'm paraphrasing, "shorts got caught with their pants down".

It's too funny:

Looks to me like whomever has been shorting FAGI just took a huge hit and had to pay a cash dividend to some shareholders for the stock they borrowed.

This money was for those shorting who paid a penalty?
