Otherwise, could be one big settlement.
If go after Cisco 13 & others future use of technology and royalties, expect financials to become current.
This will foreshadow Carter's intent and where they are in their negotiation stage.
Moreover, if going after others, then royalties (to me) is the better play because the process will be on-going anyway.
