Anyone gone further into SPCL’s history?
From the looks of this, corporate already knew the 2015 filings were going to be a mess.

If 2012-2014 there were issues, and accounting firms switched, I’d bet 2015 was an absolute cluster puck

So the theory of corporates pre meditated plan has more bearing in play in my opinion.
Strategically, better or worse for investors.
