Innocent until proven guilty! No one is banning anyone, and no one violated any securities laws unless and until a jury says so!! This is one side of a civil complaint, and we have not heard the other side of the complaint, and in America, you are still innocent until proven guilty!! Just because a civil complaint is filed doesn’t make it so, and since Fiore didn’t agree to a plea deal and instead chose to go to trial obviously says he can prove otherwise. So everyone should just slow down and stop making up their own facts and truths and let the system work. And for those who are short, I know they are praying to God that it works out in their favor; however, SPYR is going back to a dollar plus more more more and you can’t stop it!!
