Caps or not, bottom line is Fiore, Matula and the whole house of cards at SPYR is about to collapse.Wait until they, SEC, look into the shares given to “ consultants and advisors” . Those so called consultants and advisors consist of other known penny stock promoters. Did you read the complaint ? Who cares if it’s civil, they are banning Fiore from affiliation with any public co. He violated Securitirs laws. Sugar coat it all you want, 59 mil mkt cap on 200k in sales and giving away over 10mil in stock is a .total scam, zero underlying business all smoke and mirrors. Thompson is nothing more than a hand picked puppet of Fiore. Thompson has been paid handsomely over the yrs by acting as Fiores surrogate and as the money from Fiores scam is going to finally be dealt with maybe Thompson will be disbarred for his willful ignorance.Only people speaking kindly about this co are paid promoters and friends of Fiore .
