With due respect, this has to do with WMIH preferred and KKR conversion to common stock, and has nothing to do with old preferred (which was canceled) or WMILT/escrow.

And we will not be paid until higher classes are paid. End of story.

And MW got option shares for his service or lack of service to WMIH just like any other WMIH execs and has nothing to do with S4V or anything related to WMILT/escrow.

And it is good that MW got paid with WMIH stock and not money which means that the stock has to go up.

I can see that if if if in 2012, I tried to explain the 75/25 s[lit and recommended people to buy preferred, I would get nowhere and would be trashed to oblivion.
