then why all the need for seismic testing and charts of everything in the ground to decide where they wanted to drill?

if a prophet says to drill at a certain coordinate, that is the x that marks the spot.

oh by the way, how many dry holes so far and how many millions to be at this point?

does the divine person upstairs intentionally make sure that many millions are rated in doing anything for His glory?
