This may also be possible, but I would consider everyone think about the possibility of a material event which requires an 8k as well as the time the share price needs to be above a certain threshold to up-list. My gut says, share price will rise without material news or PR’s because more and more investors will see/learn how under valued this security is compared to its peers. The transformation/metamorphism is happening before our eyes.
