If he is away on vacation, that will say a lot about how concerned Zion is with respect to SEC request for documents.

Zion was very clear to mention that they have been a fully SEC compliant and audited company for over 10 years within the US and Israel.

From research, this is usually not the case. This, IMHO, is Zion's way of saying the SEC inquiry is a nothing burger topped with a lot of SEC CYA prior to Zions test results being released.

IMHO, the SEC will walk away from this with the same conclusion as the Israeli Authorities. Zion is a company with the highest integrity and they work very hard to maintain a high level of quality in everything they do.
