It was nonsense then and idle talk now. Go ahead, hire an attorney. No one is stopping anyone from hiring an attorney. The Insiders won't spend their money on an attorney, but they will happily let other shareholders foot the bill.

Ever wonder why Walther and the insiders didn't pursue that bag of goofy complaints? Because they knew it was a vexatious lawsuit with out basis or merit and Adelstein would sue them for harassment.

Life goes on. That goofy counter suit is dead and IFUS is even more dead. The world is a better place.
