I called LQMT twice today and Otis did not answer either time. It's pretty disheartening when they have your money and no one ever answers.
It's kinda like loaning it to a friend and they ignore you from then on. Doesnt give a good feeling at all. Hope something changes fast because I'm losing interest in this great technology
