I am still long here but have trimmed my position about 90% from its peak for these reasons and the capital structure realities I've previously posted about on this board.

The uncertainty and silence is what is killing us. SEC cannot prevent the company from issuing PR's with projections, plans, info...all subject to change but at least out there. Beyond frustrating, IMO
