Plain and simple stupid for me

Do you want a company that has 3.5 mill shares that has a share value of 1.41 and still has 2.3 bill to be issued to even further dilute the share price with NO ASSETS BEHIND IT.

Or would you rather have a company with 3.5 bill share and 2.4 billion SHARES ISSUED that has potentially 24-86 bill in it's coffers?

It's either either ya have a company with 2.3 bill shares left to use and once those are all issued it goes to .56 cent so you would have .56 x's 3.5 bill or 1.2 bill in buying power

OR you have a company that has 3.5 bill share with 24 bill behind it so fully diluted has a share value of 6.85 and STILL HAVE 1.3 bill share for a value to work with of 8.9 bill to then deal with in stock to make buys
