Thanks for posting Tom Cs Report Jim!


IMO it is a very honest report. He has mentioned many of my past and present concerns. I believe hes stating tactfully, publicly that Harry has to much power and control with in IDCC. (Harrys way or the highway) Now we must wait and see if our new Institutional investors can take notice of Toms report and turn some screws at IDCC to have some changes made. Only then can the company move forward in a substantial way into the future with the right changes and new faces.

IMO Toms report is a breath of fresh air and very much needed.
