Your speculated Dutch 3D reservoir sizing ZN seismic testing should never cause an earthquake swarm. Radar is passive and they are doing the 2D ground pounding on the surface like they did years ago to find perfect spot for MJ1 drillsite.

However, now that ZN has drilled MJ1 and have perforated the bore (small version of fracking operation) - this well site has now become a weaker spot along the earthquake fault lines & fractures and will become increasing susceptible to earthquakes and tremors.

As well noted in the US, the more they frack oil and gas wells out west, you will see a corresponding dramatic increase in small earthquakes besides drill points as seismic pressure "passes" through.
