Awesome, I knew Kevin was still "finalizing" this Cameroon deal, 2 years later.

See you in 2020 for the biennial "I'm still finalizing the loan!" promise

Expects to meet with MINEPAT and STANDARD CHARTER next week and is going to be pushing the loan finalization.
