The citizens of a State, as in the State of Alaska, have the right to reject TOXIC mining. They have overwhelmingly rejected it, and the TOXIC Pebble Project will never be built.

But hey, what the heck, throw a few more thousands of dollars down the toilet. Those who were throwing their money down the toilet at $3.50, and $2.50, and $1.50, and $1.00, and .85 and .75 and .65, and now .50 will continue to do so all the way down to .0001.
