How can a company issue shares when they are delinquent with their financial filings with the sec????? That is illegal.........not only is it illegal for the company to do it, but the sec will not allow it. Time for the companies and the sec to be held accountable for all these delinquent companies that are still trading when they should have been grey balled a long time ago.......
