Good catch.
Most email clients now won't open email automatically, but will show you headers and maybe even a sandboxed letter body that is safe to read.
One thing you can do is hover over the sending email name and see what the full address is. If it's supposed to be Uncle Bob, but the name that pops up says it's bharuttkapuchi@bangodingo.ehf/mumble, you pretty much can tell it's not your Unc.
Instantly delete that message from the received list and don't even double click it.

Crappy spammsters are getting tricky. When they somehow get you email list, and they do, you get email from people you think you know using almost their correct name. I hate that.

Might want to spend some time, if you already don't know, with all your financial email contacts and check their email rules and how they will or will not ever send email to you. You would be surprised how many people don't know that this info is almost always available to you, their client or customer to know their email processes. Knowing that your bank would never send you a certain email or only alert emails with no need to click stuff could save your computer or your identity.

Email creeps are sending 'late payment' statements from banks you are with to try to get you to click on the statements. They just send them out in all the banks names.

Want to piss yourself off? Do a internet search using your full name. It won't effect you because everyone knows you on the internet anyways. But some of the hits may surprise you and might even help you close off a scam site.
Be very aware.
