to recap with newhe equity - common stock - the warrants need to be put in place

I say put in place on purpose

They need to be put to rest - killed - that works
Or
They need to sold to F and F for say 10-20-30B dollars and extinguished

If the warrants sit out there with their potential to dilute - no one will subscribe for new equity shares in F and F needed to raise capital

For that set of say 4-5B shares to be sold at good price - the buyers need to know

they need to know that the warrants have been put in their place -- their dilutive impact clarified and absolute .... as in wiped out or sold to F and F per above
