wrong - they still have class a and b shares to use, as well as a line of credit of several million (albeit toxic -imho) they still have plenty of options available and post split there will be plenty of common shares available to use as well … imho seems like MGMT will do what it takes to grow the business even if its at the short term expense of common shareholders
