Imagine "VP of Corp development" cannot answer questions about the Corp he is VP in?

What would stop PharmaBra Andrew Scott from answering a question "What is your roll in Oncolix going forward"?

I don't really see how that question would require a person to have time invested into a company?

This is really bad and reflects poorly on Oncolix, this evasiveness might be the reason the PPS is in a toxic financed spiral of loss?
