I am quite certain that those investors who paid 4 1/2 cents recently for this garbage ticker LRDR do not share your sentiments.
No dilution? Sure is. Authorized increased to 8 billion and 6 billion issued and outstanding now. Aug.31 2017 only 2.5 BILLION were issued. That by definition is dilution.
Volume! What volume? There isnt any volume. Based upon the 2015 float figure only 1/3 of one percent has traded so far today.
What a knee slapper.
