I’d have to agree, even with revitalization, the seasonality is a killer... Hoboken, jersey city, Motown would all be better choices... that said, i still feel Boston would be the strongest market, and would love to see us penetrate the northeast territory there first... THE COLLEGE, University, and HOSPITAL CAPITAL OF THE US!...
