Even though his title is VP Corp Dev, reading the PR it appears his role is IR & raising capital.

So its not far fetched to believe he's not clued into every nuance about the company. Considering its only one week, I wouldnt get too concerned

These are fair questions being asked. Perhaps better directed to the CEO
